Here at Palmers we are super excited to announce that we stock an array of crystals that have numerous benefits.

There are a number of different types of crystals, each filled with their own healing abilities for the mind, body and soul. Each stone holds a vibration that can influence mood, restore balance, and remind us of our connection to the natural world.

They're thought to promote the flow of good energy and help rid the body and mind of negative energy for physical and emotional benefits.

Rinse most stones briefly under running water or leave them overnight in moonlight to recharge.

Selenite or Clear Quartz can also purify other stones when placed nearby.
